1. Purposes

We process information to handle product orders, payment confirmation, cross-border delivery and customs support, cancellations/returns/refunds, inquiries, security and service operations.

2. Information processed

Depending on the service used, we may process:

• Order/delivery: name, mobile number, optional email, country, province/city/district, detailed address, optional postal code, order number, product and quantity
• Payment: payment method, amount/currency, provider transaction identifiers and status. We do not directly store payment passwords or authentication credentials.
• Inquiry: name, contact details, email and inquiry content
• Automatically generated: IP address, browser/device information, access records, cookies and usage data

3. Service providers and recipients

Information necessary to complete an order may be handled by payment processors, payment-method providers such as WeChat Pay, hosting/database/email providers, and the contracted fulfillment or international delivery provider. SR International Inc. may participate in overseas distribution and payment operations. Only information needed for the relevant function is shared.

4. Cross-border processing and customs

For international orders, recipient, address and order data may be transferred to overseas logistics/customs providers or relevant authorities as required to deliver the order. Identity-document numbers are not collected unless an actual customs requirement, lawful basis and secure collection method have been established and separately disclosed.

5. Retention

We delete personal information when the purpose is fulfilled unless transaction, tax, dispute or other records must be retained under applicable law. Inquiry records are retained only as reasonably necessary for handling and follow-up.

6. User rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing where permitted by applicable law. Deletion may be limited while an order, dispute or statutory retention obligation remains active.

7. Security

We use server-only credentials, access controls, protected transmission, operator authentication and data minimization to protect personal information.
