1. Services and transaction parties
The website may provide brand/product information, links to Korean official sales channels, and direct ordering, payment and cross-border delivery for overseas customers. AP309 is the product seller, and SR International Inc. may participate in overseas distribution and payment operations.
2. Price and order
For direct orders, the product price, delivery charge, currency and final amount shown at checkout apply. We may cancel and refund an order in cases such as system error, out-of-stock inventory, unavailable delivery destination or transaction-verification problems.
3. Payment
Direct orders use the payment methods displayed at checkout. Approval and refund timing depend on the relevant payment provider. A browser return page alone is not treated as authoritative confirmation of payment.
4. Delivery and customs
International orders may be shipped from Korea. Customers must provide accurate recipient, contact and address information and reasonably cooperate with actual customs requirements. Delivery coverage, timing and customs steps may vary with real logistics conditions.
5. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Customers may request cancellation before warehouse dispatch. After dispatch, the Delivery & Returns policy applies. Because the product is food, opened or consumed products may not be returnable for change of mind. Defects and incorrect deliveries are handled after verification within the seller’s responsibility.
6. Inventory and fulfillment
If insufficient inventory is discovered after payment, the order may be placed on stock hold or moved to cancellation/refund. Material changes affecting the customer will be communicated where reasonably possible.
7. External sales channels
Orders made on external platforms such as Naver Smart Store or Coupang are governed by the terms and policies of those platforms.
8. Product information
JELATONIN is not presented as a medicine or as a Korean health functional food. Customers should review the product label, ingredients, directions and notices before use.
9. User obligations
Users must not submit false order information, misuse another person’s information, interfere with payment or site operations, infringe intellectual property or engage in unlawful conduct.
10. Liability and disputes
Liability for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including transport/customs restrictions, communication failures or force majeure, may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
